We like to keep it simple for you

We simply charge £4.50 for delivery of all items except gift vouchers which are FREE if you are not ordering additional items.

(Some heavier low value items carry an individual postage levy).

Unfortunately at present we do not deliver outside the UK.

We use Post Office first class signed for the majority of parcels. 

We recycle packaging as often as possible to help protect the environment. 

Delivery Schedule

The vast majority of orders are dispatched within 24 hours and it is our policy to dispatch within 48 hours and to fulfil all orders within 7 days. We aim to keep all items in stock but any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible when received from the supplier. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the supplier, or any other third party. At no time will compensation be awarded should delivery take longer than anticipated due to circumstances out of our control. If delivery is not within the agreed time we will, with your agreement, arrange another time for delivery. If we cannot agree another time for delivery, we offer a refund.

We reserve the right to withhold delivery or cancel an order. You will be notified by email giving full details. An order may be cancelled as a result of one of the following:

    •    the product you ordered being unavailable

    •    a problem with your payment, for example a credit card declined

    •    a pricing or product description error

An automatic email is sent to confirm your order. This confirmation email is not an acceptance of your order, it only confirms that your order has been received.

Back Orders and Substitutions

If we do not have an item you require in stock, we will hold it on back order for you, and e-mail you with the option to cancel or substitute if you prefer not to wait.

Tax Charges

All our prices include VAT at the current rate of 20% where applicable.
